    How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?

    Once you have all of your luggage you will call 239 772 1000 and we will dispatch your driver to your exact location at the airport (usually takes from 2 to 3 minutes after dispatch).

    What happens if the flight is delayed?

    All flight arrival times are updated in Real-time to Thrifty in cooperation with all airlines. Should you arrive early or late (no matter how late!) there will still be a driver to meet you when you land.

    What happens if I need to make a cancellation or amendment?

    You can make any cancellation or amendment without any additional cost by calling us anytime 239 772 1000.

    Can I bring a pet with your service?

    Yes, Pets always Ride for FREE. We must be notified at time of booking. Passengers with larger kennels will need to book a passenger van.

    Do you provide child car seats?

    Yes, if you don't have your own, we have standard child car seats available. If you need a car seat, request one when you make your reservation.
